Pudleston Court Limited resides within the gated 50 acre estate of Pudleston Court, situated a mere 6 miles out of Leominster on the Bromyard Road.

Pudleston Court employs a medium sized team responsible for the care of the beautiful Neo gothic estate. We are looking to increase our team in the ground and maintenance department.

Job Summary

The Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, gardening, and general upkeep of grounds. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and be skilled in using various hand and power tools.

37.5 hours per week 8:30 - 16:30

Weekend availability on rotation.

Under 21's will be considered, the starting rate is 23,000.00

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting. Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools effectively. Assist in construction projects related to outdoor spaces as needed. Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and equipment used. Carry out gardening tasks such as weeding, mulching, and seasonal planting. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Hot Tub Maintenance Livestock Management/Caring General DIY duties Painting and Decorating Meter Reading Biomass and Solar Panel Cleaning Tractor and machinery driving

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Good physical fitness as the role involves manual labour and lifting.
