Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds/Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general repairs, contributing to the overall appearance and functionality of our premises.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting to ensure a well-kept garden area. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Carry out general repairs, basic joinery, plumbing etc in caravans and complex building Build and maintain structures such as fences, benches, and pathways as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities. Work with other team members to repair and erect fences, pathways efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or grounds keeping is required Relevant DIY basis building maintenance repairs experience Familiarity with operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and completing tasks efficiently is essential.
