Position: Groundworker 360 MINI DIGGER OPERATOR

Minimum 4Years Experience

R&M Williams are looking for an experienced 360 Machine operator with experience carrying out groundworks including drainage installation, slabbing, concreting, and related site preparation tasks. This role is vital to ensuring a solid foundation and infrastructure for all ongoing construction works.

Carry out excavation and groundwork to prepare for drainage systems, including installing pipes, manholes, and chambers to industry standards. Lay paving slabs, kerbs, and other hard landscaping features with precision and adherence to site plans. Prepare and pour concrete for foundations, footpaths, bases, and other site structures. Operate and maintain small plant and tools including wacker plates, trench rollers, and saws. Assist with general site clearance, compaction, and backfilling tasks. Ensure compliance with site health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other trades and site personnel to deliver work on time and to quality standards. Experience on civils & finishing works
Rates depend on experience, commitment and drive.

Leadership qualities and the ability to work without constant supervision is ideal.
