The Role - What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out all-round groundwork, with a focus on

ground beams and drainage

Confidently installing drainage systems (internal & external), ensuring accuracy, safety, and correct levels Completing external works including slabs, kerbs, and edgings Digging footings and preparing for concrete works Operating and banking dumpers safely and efficiently Reading and interpreting levels and site drawings with precision Carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks (Dumpers/Rollers) and reporting service requirements promptly Working safely around live services, applying service avoidance techniques Taking a proactive, hands-on approach and managing time effectively to keep projects moving

Cards & Qualifications Required

CSCS Labourer / Groundworker or similar qualification CPCS/NPORS tickets - particularly for Telehandlers, Dumpers, and Rollers

Desirable Skills & Experience

2+ years' groundwork experience Previous experience working in gangs/teams
