Our customers range from, local authorities , developers , facility management companies , rail , conservation and residential customers .

We cover all aspects of groundworks from Foundations , drainage , utilities , connections , street works , waste away , structural repairs , underpinning , driveways , landscaping and hardscaping .

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated groundworker and Plant Operator, to join our team at Swift Groundworks . In this role, you will be instrumental in the operation of machinery and equipment , Your contributions will directly impact the quality of our projects and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various plant machinery . Ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely before use. Assist in smooth running of projects . Monitor the quality of work during operations to meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on-site. Follow health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a groundworker essential . Ability to read plans and follow instructions to deliver task on time. Input in ordering material to ensure smooth running of tasks . Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Must be able to adapt and communicate when faced with challenges. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: 35,550.00-43,200.00 per year
