Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Groundworker!

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Groundworker to join our team and help keep our holiday park in top-notch condition. In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining and enhancing the park's outdoor spaces. From general maintenance to minor repairs and landscaping, you'll ensure our grounds remain safe, clean, and welcoming for our guests!

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on park grounds, including walkways, roads, and recreational areas. Support with minor construction projects, including laying pathways, fencing, and groundwork preparation. Conduct landscaping tasks such as mowing, planting, pruning, and clearing debris to maintain the park's natural beauty. Identify and resolve any safety hazards to ensure a secure environment for guests and team. Operate a variety of grounds maintenance equipment and machinery safely and effectively. Work closely with the wider facilities team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.

Requirements

Previous experience in roles such as Groundworker, Grounds Maintenance, or a similar role in Landscaping or Construction. Knowledge of landscaping and groundwork techniques, with experience operating grounds maintenance equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
