Summary

We are seeking experienced Groundworkers and Skilled Labourers to join our dynamic team at Holland & Oxley Paving & Groundworks Ltd working specifically on External Works. Works to include but not limited too; Kerbing, Flagging, Block Paving. This role is essential for supporting our construction projects, ensuring that all groundwork and paving tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with various groundwork tasks including excavation, site preparation, setting up levels, laying kerbs, flags and paving. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Operate hand tools and machinery as required for specific tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in Kerbing, Flagging and Paving a must. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks. CSCS / CPCS or NPORS qualification required. Full UK Driving License preferred. Willing to travel across the Cumbria and Lancashire regions via company provided transport.
Pay rate based on experience.
