Looking For: Landscapers & Slabbers & Bricklayers & Groundworkers Subcontractors

R&M Williams have an on going contract over the next 4 years with Swansea Council to deliver over

1,800 properties

on a Framework. We are looking for teams of groundworkers, bricklayers, slabbers, concrete finishers, landscapers, fencers in the Swansea Area who have significant experience Landscaping in the following works:

Slabbing 3m x 3m patios and 0.9m x 10m paths Concrete Finishing Bricklaying (Brick & Blockwork) Fencing External Groundworks and all other associated tasks: kerbs, edgings, aco drains etc.
Please reply to this advert by demonstrating experience and competency. Subcontractors will be provided the option to either specialise in certain trades (e.g. slabbers) or can look at taking entire properties on for themselves, if they are multiskilled.
