Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and reliable Groundworkers to join our team.

The Role

As a Groundworker, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out groundwork and civil engineering works to a high standard Working on residential plots, covering both front-end and back-end works Foundations, drainage, services, oversites, kerbs, and external works Reading and working from drawings and site plans Operating plant and tools where required Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and on programme Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site environment
What We're Looking For

Proven experience working on plots (front end & back end) Strong background in groundworks / civil engineering CSCS card essential (CPCS/NPORS advantageous) Good understanding of health & safety requirements Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence preferred
