Overview


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Groundworker/Dumper Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced groundworker with dumper and roller tickets and a good understanding of working around pile caps. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and effective communication. Prior experience with driving, heavy equipment operation, and construction environments is highly desirable. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a focus on teamwork and operational excellence.

Responsibilities



Banking machines and cropping piles are a big part of the daily operations. Operating dumpers and rollers safely and have either CPCS or NPORS training. Assist with site preparation, including moving materials and debris as needed Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during operation Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress or issues

Skills



CPCS or NPORS training is essential Knowledge of general groundworks operations and can work on own initiative. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members.
This position is essential for supporting construction projects, logistics operations, or industrial workflows. Candidates should be committed to safety, punctuality, and teamwork to succeed in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18.00-23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
