THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED POSITION
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled groundworker to join our team. As a groundworker, you will be responsible for maintaining and progressing front end works to get plots ready to hand back to brick layers.
Immediate start available.
Duties:
- Installation of internal & external drainage
- Block & beam floor preparation
- Concrete pouring & finishing
- Scaffold mat installation
- Foundation works (including basic steel fixing)
Experience:
- Prior experience in groundworks is essential.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of reading site plans.
- Capability to work efficiently in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
Your own means of transport to get to site locations.
CSCS card
NPORS/CPCS DUMPER (x1 position)
Must provide 2 working reference please.
Position will operate on a weeks trail period to make sure operatives are capable of producing the desired quality of work within deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
