Job Description
What You'll Do:
Operate dumpers and rollers safely on site Carry out first-stage groundworks: footings, slabs, kerbs, edgings, and concrete work Install and maintain internal and external drainage systems Work on roads and service areas while following safe service avoidance techniques Read drawings and levels to deliver accurate, high-quality work Complete daily pre-start plant inspections and maintenance checks
What We're Looking For:
Valid CSCS card Proven experience in drainage, groundworks, and external works Skilled in operating dumpers Able to work safely around live services Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
Desirable:
Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers) 5+ years' experience in drainage or groundwork projects Experience working as part of a gang or team
