We're currently looking for a

confident, experienced Groundworker

to join our team -- someone who can hit the ground running and maintain the high standards our clients expect.

The Role

You will carry out all aspects of groundworks and hard landscaping on a variety of sites across Wiltshire. From setting out levels to laying foundations and finishing driveways, you'll be expected to work efficiently, safely, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Excavating and preparing footings and foundations Laying drainage, ducting, and services Foundation blockwork up to DPC Kerbing, slab laying, driveways, and hard landscaping Concreting and formwork Operating plant machinery (dumper, roller, excavator) Setting out levels using laser levels and reading site drawings Supporting site managers in keeping the site safe, tidy, and productive

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in groundworks (minimum 3 years preferred) Skilled with tools and plant relevant to the trade CSCS card and full UK driving licence essential CPCS or NPORS qualifications (advantageous) Excellent attitude towards teamwork, health & safety, and quality of work Reliable, punctual, and proactive - someone who takes pride in a job well done Flexible to travel around Wiltshire (transport provided where required)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4.30pm (1 hour break)
