Job Description

We are recruiting for a Groundworker/General Operative to join our groundworking team, working on sites across the north-west including staying away work when required.

Sites are typically refurbishments of commercial property, schools and healthcare. Works consists of machine driving (dumper, roller,), drainage, kerbing, flagging, concreting (pad, slab, footings etc), fencing, landscaping etc

So must have a good knowledge of all around groundworks and construction, and be capable of setting out there own work, be able to work unsupervised if required, be reliable

There will also be a requirement for some general building duties ie demolition and structural alterations as the projects requires

Good rate of pay dependent on experience and skill set, for the right candidate this position will be permanent.

DBS number preferred, driving license is essential
