Job Title: Groundworker/Hard Landscaper

Working across retail stores across the East and West Midlands - Full use of company vehicles during working hours , paid travel time to and from sites.

Duties:
- Perform physical labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and clean up of work areas
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas

Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labour tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Good knowledge of hand tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
