About CPMS

Working throughout the UK rail network, CPMS provides a diverse range of infrastructure support services including - railway station platform construction, maintenance and refurbishment works. We also undertake bridgeworks, station roofs and canopies, Civils, M&E and HVAC services. Building maintenance and refurbishment is carried out in stations, depots, signal boxes, lineside buildings, arches, carparks and roadways. Our clients include Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies, Heritage Railways and Light Rail.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Groundworkers to join our team based in Elderslie. The successful candidates will have experience in all aspects of groundworks as well as experience in concrete, brickwork and fencing. You will be required to work at various locations throughout Scotland.

Role Responsibilities

Providing support to our team of tradespeople Driving company vehicles and transporting plant and materials to work locations as required General housekeeping Assisting as required

What we are looking for

Previous experience within the building industry Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Confident communication skills Experience of working within the rail industry would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided Full driving licence Plant/machine experience be an advantage but not essential
