Duties

Assist with site preparation activities including clearing, digging, and leveling ground to ready sites for construction or landscaping Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, compactors, and other equipment Support team members in setting up safety barriers, signage, and securing work zones to maintain a safe environment Help with material handling by loading, unloading, and organizing supplies on-site Follow safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Maintain cleanliness of the work area by removing debris and waste materials regularly Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills Basic understanding of construction or landscaping processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Prior experience in manual labor or outdoor work environments is advantageous but not mandatory Commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all tasks

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 50 per week
