Who We Are:

We're a trusted name in groundworks, specializing in residential and commercial projects. Known for quality and precision, we're expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Groundworks skilled Labourer to support our reactive repairs team in delivering exceptional results.

Typically our works are shorter term contracts, sometimes as short as dayworks, your work will vary massively form week to week. Reactive repairs, bollard replacement, Monoblock, drainage investigations and repairs. Concrete works, potholes the list can vary.

Most of our team come to us to enjoy the variety of work. They are fed up of monotonous siteworks. They look to utilise their broad skills every day. You are more than just a number, we are a small dedicated team where we are looking for positive, honest team players.

What You'll Be Doing:

works vary every day from a single manhole replacement / rebuild to a 500m2 monoblock installation. Concrete plinths, drainage works. Wherever your passion lies we have a job to suit. Short small projects mean you are always challenged and work is varied Assisting with all aspects of groundworks, including trenching, pipe laying, and drainage systems. Operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Supporting the Supervisor and team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Keeping the site clean, organized, and in line with health and safety requirements. Being a dependable part of a productive, safety-conscious team.

What You Bring:

Honesty

; we are looking for honest, reliable individuals who want to deliver their best every day.

Experience

: Previous experience in groundworks or construction is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Certifications

: A valid

CSCS card

is required (CPCS is a plus!).

Driving Licence

: A full driving licence is essential for site travel.

Positive Attitude

: You're a team player who takes pride in doing quality work and supporting the team.

dependant on experience this could be much higher, with room for growth based on performance and experience.
