As an Administrative Assistant at Robinsons Group, you will provide administrative support throughout the business, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the business.
Responsibilities
General administrative duties such as filing, printing, completing relevant documents, booking meetings and data input.
Answering the phone and directing enquiries.
Point of contact for resolving and reporting IT issues within the office to our IT company.
Purchasing & price comparisons of relevant office IT equipment.
Assist with our recruitment process which includes collating job descriptions, setting up interviews and booking meeting rooms.
Provide assistance with document control and other QMS matters throughout the group.
Order PPE for site & yard personnel and track.
Provide administrative support to the SHEQ Advisor including collation of Toolbox Talks, inputting of accident and incident data and promotion of safe working culture throughout all areas of the business.
Person Specification
Proven experience in a similar role, preferred but training will be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Able to work well independently.
Previous experience with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 and IOSH training advantageous
