Job Description

We are seeking a Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager to lead our consolidation and financial reporting processes as we continue to scale. This is a pivotal role within the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely Group-level financial information, while supporting strategic initiatives and driving best-in-class reporting standards. This position is ideal for a technically strong finance professional with hands-on consolidation experience in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment. You'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our finance function, enhancing our reporting processes, controls, and governance structures.


Your key responsibilities include:



Leading monthly consolidation processes, including eliminations, FX adjustments, inter-company reconciliations and treatment of complex transactions like share-based payments and acquisitions Assisting in the review of entity-level submissions and collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting Owning the preparation of IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements and key accounting technical analyses (PPA, impairment, going concern) Managing the annual external audit process for the Group, acting as a key point of contact for auditors. Leading and mentoring the Group Reporting team Driving continuous improvements to close timelines, reporting accuracy, and system use Helping to integrate new entities into the Group's reporting framework as the business continues to expand globally



What You Bring



5-7 years of experience in finance or audit 2+ years of experience in multi-currency group consolidation ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or international equivalent) Solid IFRS technical knowledge and audit prep experience Confidence working across multiple time zones, stakeholders, and entities Proven people management and development skills Analytical mindset with a passion for accuracy and controls Strong communicator - able to simplify complexity for non-finance stakeholders
