About The Role:



Working Days: M-F 9am to 5pm




As Group Contract Manager, you will be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly across multiple sites. You will develop and implement operational procedures, provide strategic and tactical support, and ensure everything meets ISO standards. You will also oversee staff and sub-contractors to make sure services are up to scratch and within budget. Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and decision-makers is key. It's a role that keeps you on your toes and lets you make a real impact.



As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Develop and implement operational procedures for the company. Provide strategic and tactical support to all sites within assigned portfolio of work. Ensure ISO compliance on-sites in the managed portfolio. Oversee the management of services provided by staff and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the service level agreements and budgetary considerations. Develop and maintain relationships with client/end user decision makers.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:




Must have Right to Work in the UK. An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate. Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, persuasion and motivation) and emotionally resilient. Experience of managing outsourced commercial contract cleaning, ideally in an education environment. Computer literate - Microsoft packages including Excel, Power BI and the use of people management software. IOSH and IWFM Membership. Multi-Site management experience.
