Dick Lovett have an opportunity to join our Finance team as a Group Credit Controller. This role is based on-site and we are happy to accept applications from candidates based in Bristol.


We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Group Credit Controller will manage credit risk and collections across the Group, including assessing new credit applications, monitoring various types of debtor accounts, proactively pursuing overdue payments and managing credit limits, along with reporting on aged debt to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts. The Group Credit Controller is a key liaison between customer and internal departments, maintaining accurate records to support financial objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Experience in credit control or debt management, ideally in a multi-site or group environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers. Confident using credit search agencies and interpreting credit ratings. Ability to work proactively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Experience of using Excel A full, UK Driving Licence is essential for this role as some travel between sites is required.

The Farmhouse is situated just off the A4018, easily accessible from Junction 17 of the M5 motorway. Located in-between our Aston Martin and BMW Motorrad buildings, the Farmhouse features modern working offices and also has two boardrooms for important meetings and Group training.
