Deal satisfactorily with all customers queries, on delivery or collection of the vehicle
Review deliveries and collections throughout the day
Ensure vehicle handovers take place to customer's satisfaction Control of Resources
Report and damage or losses to the Service Manager immediately
Report to the Service Manager, with regard to stocks of cleaning products and oil for Courtesy vehicles.
