We are looking for our next Group Estates Manager! You will be joining Rank's Estates team in this field-based role where you will be responsible for all aspects of the Group's UK property affairs.
You will be responsible for managing property leases, rents, rates, service charges, and insurance for all Group sites as well as negotiating new leases, re-gears, surrenders, exits, and dilapidation claims.
Overseeing parking arrangements and maximise revenue opportunities across the estate, including sub-lets and telecommunications sites. In addition to maintaining and updating the Estate Management database, reviewing the Group's estate to identify and action value realisation opportunities and providing annual budgets and forecast costs to support the finance function.
This role would be a national role, covering circa 100 venues from Aberdeen to Plymonth and from Swansea and Great Yarmouth.
Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in overseeing and managing multi-site property portfolios
  • Skilled and strategic commercial negotiator with a strong business acumen
  • Holds (or is working toward) a relevant professional qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small, high-performing teams
  • Experienced in operating within regulated and licensed business environments
