Group Executive Producer

As The Coca-Cola Company's global production partner, we're looking for a talented Group Executive Producer, Primary & Content to join our dynamic team here at Hogarth Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity. You will be a part of the Studio X production POD, which will be the centralized primary production unit producing multi-channel content. Managing the cross-channel communications for Coca-Cola's full portfolio of brands, you'll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our partnership. This is a unique chance to work for a truly international brand and level-up your career like never before. You will be working as the lead for the Europe POD.



The Group Executive producer position is the lead production role. They are responsible for all production deliverables across all platforms for their client. The GEP knows what has been produced, what's currently being produced and what's on the horizon. The GEP is intimate on all project details for produced work coming from their team (who produced what, budget, timing, what was delivered). The GEP is the lead production partner for the creative teams on their respective accounts.



The Group Executive Producer is responsible for assigning the appropriate producers to charters (campaigns), their teams oversee all aspects of content production: scoping, concepting, scheduling, talent, vendor relationships, shoot, edit, visual effects, music, and delivery. They also coordinate with the digital, social, and experiential teams to ensure synergy of all assets and content. A GEP is constantly looking at production talent and new partners. This position is the hub connecting the Account, Creative, Program Management and Business Affairs departments.


What You'll Do




Work skillfully to negotiate contracts and understand complex business affairs items connected with production. Liaise with a manager and colleagues in North America, and collaborate with colleagues in EU; we are a global operation The GEP is a master of their craft and works closely with creative teams to bring the best creative and production talent for the execution of all projects. The GEP has client facing duties as part of the client lead team, acting as the voice of reason and expertise on all production related matters. Responsible for creating production strategies, production innovation application and creative production solutions for the clients. Responsible for production staffing on projects, ball-parking projects, and early vetting of creative concepts. The EP is solution oriented and an expert in creative problem solving. Executive Producers, Senior producers, producers and associate producers will be assigned to GEP. The GEP is responsible for developing their team, mentoring, career development and support for their respective team When needed, the GEP will produce projects. The GEP role is a true "player/coach" role. Be a creative problem solver. Be one step ahead - anticipate and guide the team around pitfalls throughout the process. Be a diplomat - deal with conflicting personalities and agendas and be able to unite divergent viewpoints. Work very closely with production consultants and TCCC internal producers and TCCC leadership on POD. Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and integrity. Be a savvy ad person able to understand strategies, platforms, trends and creative. Be imaginative - bring your own ideas to the table. Have a strong visual sense. Know music - how, when and where to use it effectively. Be an administrator - manage the hidden involvements and work necessary in relation to cost, timing and legal involvements. Be a business person - able to negotiate contracts and understand all the complicated business items connected with production. Be flexible - production is not an exact science. Constantly be adopting new innovation and production tools that both TCCC and Studio X are utilizing

What You'll Need



15+ years experience in production - some of which must be ad agency experience at EP level. Production company/studio experience also a plus Knowledge of all agency disciplines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills Strong team management skills Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects Able to work independently with limited supervision, and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders within the agency Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote (Adobe creative suite & Smartsheet a plus)
