Job Vacancy: Group Exercise Activities Coordinator at Foxhills Collection

Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for fitness and delivering excellent member and guest experience? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a self-motivated Coordinator to join our team and create and manage a vibrant and varied programme of group exercise and junior activities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the group exercise timetable. Track instructor cover and manage class changes or cancellations. Create and prepare content for the junior activities timetable, ensuring variety and incorporating seasonal themes. Assist in leading activities with the Pavilion Assistants. Ensure information relating to the timetables is up to date and accurate on the Foxhills website and booking system. Ensure studios and activity areas and equipment are clean and set up correctly. Oversee the general upkeep and stock of equipment and materials. Liaise with relevant managers and supervisors regarding updates to timetables and instructor availability. Support in creating new class and activities ideas, also using feedback from members and guests. Ensure Instructor invoicing is completed accurately and submitted in line with monthly deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience in a fitness, leisure or junior activities role is preferred but not essential Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills
