We are a leading fitness provider in London with multiple sites.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Group Exercise Manager across the business.

You will lead measurement and analysis of the group training scorecard, recruitment, training, team building, admin and marketing of our class schedules.

Qualifications & Experience needed

Minimum level 3 of a qualified CIMSPA trainer Demonstrated history of leading in a group fitness environment in a commercial setting Strong planning and organisational skills, be solutions driven and show that you can think on your feet and manage the moment Always leads by example, delivering a best-in-class experience First class communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage instructors across various sites remotely Someone who has excellent time keeping and who is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and professional

The Role

You will be based at the Company's head office but will often be present on site Have the opportunity to deliver your own classes each week Drive Group Exercise participation across the business by raising the standards of classes being delivered Work closely with Club Teams to increase member penetration Deliver classes in a cost effective manner Be the positive spark for Group Fitness across the business Role can be flexible in terms of hours per week for the right person. Anything from 24 to 40 hours per week
