The Vacancy

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a

Group Finance Manager

, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Financial Reporting to deliver high?quality group and subsidiary financial reporting, while ensuring timely and accurate management accounts. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight, strengthening financial controls, and supporting effective decision?making.


You will contribute to Workspace's wider objectives by helping drive operational efficiency, maintaining strong governance, and supporting sustainable business growth. The role covers the full financial reporting lifecycle, including statutory reporting, audit, tax, treasury, service charge and VAT, while partnering with the business to improve processes and systems. You will also oversee key areas of the management accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work confidently in a fast?paced environment.

What you will bring

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong organisational and time?management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience within property, real estate or a REIT environment (desirable) Previous experience and knowledge using Dynamics 365

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
