Company
This is a globally recognised IT management and services business based in central London. They incorporate modern technology by providing services for cloud computing, cybersecurity, networks, data, and AI, acting as a managed technology partner.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Group Financial Accountant to join their group reporting team.
Role
The Group Financial Accountant for this international IT management business, will work closely with the Reporting Manager, supporting consolidation processes, day-to-day accounting, and audit work across the group function. They will take on a number of key duties including:

• Lead the Group consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee and improve finance systems, driving consistency and strong controls across the Group.
• Work closely with finance and IT teams worldwide to deliver system solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage and develop a small offshore team (up to 4 people).
• Maintain key finance processes including consolidations, FX revaluations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support the rollout of finance system across countries, building governance and efficiencies into every stage.
• Keep the Group Chart of Accounts and reporting structures fit for purpose.

Profile
The ideal profile for this Group Financial Accountant position, should have the following attributes:

• Part-qualified accountant or QBE, with 3-5 years' financial accounting experience (ideally in a group environment).
• Background in an international, multi-entity business.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and solid Excel skills.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to work with both finance and non-finance teams.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a drive to improve processes and systems.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
