Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial management principles.

Duties



Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax obligations. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance. Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient financial management. Prepare detailed reports for Director. Vat quarterly submissions for the individual entities. Book keeping to ensure company is up to date. Manage residential AST and tenants. Bank Reconciliation and making payments for the Group Entities

Requirements



Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a finance department. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Pay: 60,000.00-75,000.00 per year
