Your mission: Drive change



We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Group Financial Controller to own


the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of TradingView's global financial


reporting. This role is central to building and maintaining a finance function


that can meet the rigor and transparency expected of a public-company-ready


organization.



You will lead the global consolidation and month-end close across multiple


international entities, ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory


requirements, and drive consistent global accounting policies and robust


internal controls. A key part of the role will be to design and implement


automation, process improvements, and scalable systems that shorten the close


cycle, reduce manual work, and support efficient global operations.

How you'll shape success





Financial Reporting & Consolidation



Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual group close and
consolidation under US GAAP, targeting a 5-day close.

Own the preparation of accurate, timely consolidated financial statements

and supporting reconciliations.

Define and enforce group accounting policies to ensure consistency
across all entities.

Subsidiary Oversight & Compliance



Oversee accounting and statutory compliance for global subsidiaries. Coordinate local audits with in-country teams and external advisors.


Controls, Systems & Process Improvement



Strengthen internal controls and governance over financial reporting. Drive automation and system enhancements (e.g., revenue recognition,
NetSuite optimization, integrations) to reduce manual work and scale


efficiently.

Partner with FP&A to improve forecasting, budgeting, and variance
analysis.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management



Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team covering AP/AR
and management reporting.

What makes you the perfect fit



Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent). Significant post-qualification experience in SaaS / technology /
multinational environments.

Deep knowledge of US GAAP (and IFRS); strong understanding of SaaS
revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).

Proven track record in group consolidations across multiple jurisdictions. Experience leading international audits and ensuring compliance with
global statutory reporting requirements.

Hands-on ERP and reporting systems expertise (NetSuite preferred);
comfortable driving automation and process improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to
partner across US and international teams.

Demonstrated leadership experience with geographically distributed
teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to
change and scaling processes effectively.

Background in tech or other high-growth industries, with a "hands-on"
approach and willingness to build as well as lead
