Job Description

We are currently looking for Group Fitness Coaches to join our team, delivering our successful fitness programme at the Leisure Centres, within NL Active. In order to best accommodate the operational requirements of the business, we are exploring the possibility of distributing the two posts among multiple suitably qualified individuals considering your availability.



Applicants must hold at least a Level 2 qualification in gym instruction or exercise to music. We seek energetic, ambitious, and knowledgeable coaches who are passionate about helping people in North Lincolnshire achieve their fitness goals. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
