GROUP HEAD OF TALENT, PERFORMANCE & CULTURE
Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries. In the role of Group Head of Talent, Performance & Culture, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the talent strategy and our work on EDIB, well-being and culture on a global scale. You will be highly experienced, collaborative and strategically focussed with a proven track record of building and executing talent strategies that align with organisation objectives and promote a culture of excellence.
The role:
As Group Head of Talent, Performance & Culture your focus will be to:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent strategy that encompasses attraction, employer brand, talent development, performance, and succession planning.
• Support the CPO and CEO to develop succession planning, professional development and talent pipelines for the ExCo and wider senior team.
• Partner with senior leadership around the world to understand current and future key talent requirements and proactively manage talent initiatives to meet those needs.
• Lead the development of employer branding and talent marketing to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract diverse talent from around the world.
• Support diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, working with our diverse community of schools to ensure that every colleague can reach their full potential at work.
• Be the global lead for our Employee Engagement Survey and the work that flows from it including sharing good practice and supporting schools and teams with particular challenges.
• Implement best practices for performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and talent calibration sessions.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to the talent acquisition team, to ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and attract top talent to the organisation.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on key talent metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rates, employee engagement and performance metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Significant (10-20 years) experience in talent acquisition, talent management or related HR roles, with proven experience in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global talent strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and experience driving DEI initiatives within talent management processes.
• A commitment to and experience of well-being at work and developing a healthy workplace culture.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with a track record of using data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure success.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, with a growth mindset and a willingness to adapt to change.
• Global mindset and experience working with diverse teams and cultures across multiple geographies.
