Job Description
Wild are recruiting for an experienced Group Health & Safety Compliance Manager to help develop, monitor and review health & safety policies and procedures for all there locations within the UK.
Accountable for:
- Safe customer experience
- To deliver Health & Safety and security compliance
- Control of Risk Reduction
- To complete Risk Assessment sign offs and oversea all Risk Management platforms and procedures
- Able to lead Health & Safety integration of all acquisitions
- Accident logging procedure and documentation processes for accidents and near misses
- Making sure all activity products have the right Health & Safety practises in place
- Ensuring you are developing the teams in all Health & Safety and its processes
- Delivery of all park Health & Safety KPIs
- To advise the Directors on all Health & Safety matters to ensure company compliance
- Making sure all teams are trained and compliant at all times
- Continued Health & Safety performance reviews with the parks management teams
You will need to be able to get to Kings Cross. St Pancras ideally within a few hours.
