We are looking for an experienced and compassionate HR professional to join our group of nurseries and Hotel. We have a law firm on retainer for support but feel we need someone to bridge the gap for day to day administrative HR related communication, tasks and meetings for best practice.
The right person will:
Bring
HR experience
with proven success in employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
Be
empathetic and approachable
, building trust with staff and understanding their ever-changing needs.
Have the confidence and knowledge to handle
sensitive and complex matters
fairly and professionally.
Be able to
navigate difficult conversations
while maintaining respect and positivity.
Support managers and staff with guidance that balances the needs of the business with the wellbeing of the team.

Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, reflective, and proactive
Able to travel between sites as needed
