Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Group HR Manager to lead our people strategy across multiple sites. This is a key leadership role focused on building a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce that supports Wyke's growth and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop HR strategy across the group, aligned with business objectives
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across production, technical, and support teams
Develop and implement consistent, company-wide employment contracts and HR documentation
Ensure HR audit and ethical compliance across all sites, maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory standards
Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
Manage employee relations, performance management, and role succession planning
Ensure compliance with employment law, health & safety, and ethical standards
Support managers with coaching, training, and HR best practices
Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, policies, and reporting
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within manufacturing process businesses, ideally food production, agriculture, or FMCG.
Strong leadership and communication skills
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
Passion for people development and ethical business practices
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and sites
An individual that can work and align with the 'Wyke Way' of getting things done
