The Group Internal Sales Manager will lead and develop the internal sales function for BHID Group brands e.g. Neville Johnson, Tom Howley and London Door, ensuring exceptional first contact, high-quality lead qualification and a confident, structured handover to the external Sales teams. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role, working closely with Marketing, CRM, Tech and Sales Leadership to refine processes and improve the full lead-handling journey.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, coach and mentor the Internal Sales Executives, creating a high-performance culture. Refine scripts, questioning frameworks and call structure to drive stronger lead qualification. Partner with the CRM Lead to segment and profile data accurately. Support the Tom Howley showroom network, sharing best practice and helping strengthen first-contact standards. Oversee the enquiry lifecycle for a number of the BHID Brands (e.g. Neville Johnson and London Door Company), ensuring clear processes, consistent execution and a commercially focused approach. Champion continuous improvement through training, call coaching, QA reviews and structured feedback. Deliver cross-functional projects that enhance lead flow, system capability and client experience. Build strong relationships with Sales Directors, Showroom Managers, Tech team and Marketing to ensure alignment and shared ownership of enquiry performance. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements



Proven experience leading an internal sales or telesales function, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Hands-on approach to management, coaching and development, building high-performing teams. Expertise in lead qualification, call structure, script refinement and enquiry handling. Strong project delivery capability, able to own and drive cross-team initiatives. Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, data segmentation and lead nurturing. Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at senior levels. Commercially focused and comfortable working with performance data to inform decisions.
