As

Group Learning and OD Manager

you will be leading the design, delivery and evaluation of impactful, fit for purpose strategies across the group. Focused on leadership capability and on building a high performance culture, you will report into the Executive Director of People Services to ensure enhanced employee engagement, resulting in high levels of retention and improved operational effectiveness.

You will be

Aligning the L&D strategy with organisation needs and priorities and ensuring maximum impact for spend of the annual training budget. Leading in the design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes. Managing the apprentice levy and ensure induction, mandatory training, and CPD for all employees. Commissioning and managing external training providers - focused on quality of outputs, service delivery and value for money. Creating and executing talent management and succession planning frameworks, identifying and readying future leaders for the group. Ensuring effective evaluation and measurement of the impact of &D and OD outcomes.
With previous experience in a similar role, and confidence in designing and overseeing deliver of leadership frameworks specifically, this role will suit you if you have a passion for learning and innovation. You will have focused on EDI throughout your career to ensure that opportunities are accessible to all. Previous experience of apprenticeships and management of the levy are a must.

Pay: 40,000.00-45,500.00 per year
