Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Group Maintenance technician to perform maintenance tasks across multiple facilities.

This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in all areas of facilities maintenance.

Duties

Perform routine and emergency maintenance Troubleshoot systems and repair faults Conduct electrical repairs to ensure equipment reliability. Manage maintenance schedules across all businesses Facility maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general building upkeep. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance Excellent communication skills in English Microsoft office package knowledge - Outlook, Excel, Word Ability to troubleshoot efficiently Demonstrated focus on safety & quality

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
