What you'll do

As our Group Marketing Communications Executive, you will:

Create and deliver compelling marketing and communication campaigns across our channels, from website content and social media to press releases, case studies, and presentations, ensuring they engage both internal and external audiences. Take ownership of our social media presence, creating engaging content, spotting new opportunities, and identifying improvements. Be a "go-to" creative partner for teams across the business to develop content that connects and engages our stakeholders, ensuring marketing communications are consistent and in line with the A-Gas brand guidelines. Support global projects and initiatives, working closely with our wider regional marketing teams, our global People & Culture team, and other key stakeholders to deliver engaging and impactful content.

A strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Passionate about brand storytelling and audience engagement. Confident working across digital platforms and eager to explore new ways of connecting with audiences. Detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative, with the ability to juggle multiple projects. A true team player, able to build strong relationships, share ideas openly, and work collaborate to achieve the best results.

Essential

Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, or related subject Knowledge and experience in social media and digital marketing (2-3+ years) Experience of running corporate social media channels Experience of website content administration Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint with basic Excel skills Design experience (Canva, Adobe) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong administration and organisation skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Team player with a positive attitude to new tasks and experiences

Desirable

Experience of working with Umbraco CMS Design skills; knowledge and use of creative software packages such as InDesign, Photoshop or similar * Video editing experience
