Job Overview
We are seeking a Group Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on retail marketing to drive the growth and visibility of Trek Trailers.
This role bridges our group-wide marketing strategy and retail execution -- ensuring the Trek Trailers brand thrives online. You'll plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, and support dealership promotions to attract, engage, and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Brand Marketing
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase footfall and sales across Trek Trailers retail outlets.
Coordinate retail promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns in line with group strategy.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all retail touchpoints -- online, in-store, and at events.
Digital & Social Media
Manage Trek Trailers' social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating content that engages customers and showcases our trailer range.
Produce and schedule short-form videos, reels, and customer stories that highlight real-life product use and retail experiences.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and enquiries, and report on campaign performance.
Retail Sales Support
Collaborate closely with the Trek Trailers sales team to generate leads and support retail enquiries.
Coordinate digital advertising and local marketing initiatives to drive dealership traffic.
Support the setup and delivery of retail events, open days, and trade shows.
Group Coordination
Work alongside the wider Equi-Trek marketing team to ensure Trek Trailers campaigns align with group-wide objectives.
Share insights, market feedback, and customer trends to help shape future group marketing activity.
Ideal Candidate
Experience or strong interest in retail or dealership marketing.
Social media savvy with an eye for design, photography, and video content.
Confident communicator who can adapt messaging for different audiences.
Organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinker with commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
Full driving licence (preferred due to retail site and event travel).

30,000-35,000 (DOE)
