Group Nurse Manager

About the Role

This pivotal role is essential in advancing the quality of patient care and promoting clinical excellence across our network of practices. The Group Nurse Manager will provide strategic leadership and professional oversight to our nursing team, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered nursing care across all sites. Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing and healthcare assistant (HCA) teams. Ensure full compliance with clinical governance frameworks, infection prevention protocols, and quality improvement initiatives. Work in close collaboration with site leads to coordinate clinical governance and infection control measures. Develop and maintain robust documentation of training records, competencies, and professional development for nursing staff and HCAs.

Position Details

Hours

: Minimum of 2 /3 days per week (subject to review).

Salary

: Up to 60,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
