The rate of pay for this position is 26,500 per annum.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will support the People and Culture Team with administrative tasks:
Support the Head of People and Culture and other People & Culture Team members in their day-to-day duties. This includes the management of the team calendar, group events calendar and preparation and tracking of team meetings and actions.
Maintenance and control of accurate employee records in our HR Information System (HRIS), this includes accurate processing of joiners, leavers, pay changes, and other changes as and when required.
Payroll administration, including reviewing hotel rotas on our HRIS for completeness and accuracy on a weekly basis, gathering and collating any data relevant to payroll (e.g. overtime, absences etc), before submission to the Payroll Team each Monday.
Support relevant Managers to accurately report wages and budgeting, preparing reports and data for presentation by the People & Culture Team.
Administration of our Recruitment System, See Me Hired. Assisting our operational teams in delivering a first-class candidate experience i.e. supporting with advertising, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews when required.
Assist the Learning and Development Manager in the co-ordination of internal and external training courses across the Group to ensure that regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Support the board of directors, general managers and the People and Culture Team in the provide accurate data and reports to support decision making.
Act as a champion and driver of continuous improvement of People systems and adoption of automation. to Removing unnecessary administrative, non-value adding activities and creating ideas and suggestions for new ways of working.
Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of the role or which present an opportunity for development.
About You
You will be a highly organised and resourceful team player with an enthusiastic approach to using software to support organisational and administrative tasks. You will be supported from day one and full training on Group software and systems will be provided.
1. Strong administration background.
2. Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and speed in relation to data entry.
3. Excellent information technology literacy, including demonstratable proficiency with Microsoft 365.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
6. Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels, including offering ideas and opinions for change and improvement.
7. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Ability to exercise discretion with a clear understanding of the confidential nature of the role.
9. A right to work within the United Kingdom.
10. Educated to GCSE Standard or the equivalent including English and Maths.
