Within the SB, the Zeigo team is focused on delivering SaaS solutions to meet the evolving needs of companies looking to advance their progress toward a more sustainable future. The portfolio of SaaS offers that exists within this business includes:

Zeigo Network, a peer-to-peer, digital network of leading global corporations - now over 500 strong - intended to accelerate the awareness, evaluation and implementation of climate change solutions including renewable energy, efficiency and broader solutions;

Zeigo Power, a tendering tool to automate and simplify the tendering process for renewable energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs);

Zeigo Hub, a software that enables value chain decarbonization, and Zeigo Activate, an application designed to empower SMEs to begin on their own sustainability journey.

Zeigo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Product Leader/Head of Product to lead the product management team and spearhead the convergence of our technology and user experience. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of traditional product management, combined with technical expertise in data architecture and software integration. In this role, you will oversee the overall Zeigo product vision and liaise with other Product leaders in the Sustainability Business (SB) on the overarching software product strategies of the business. As a key member of the Zeigo leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring a seamless user experience across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to align with Zeigo's business objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to deliver maximum value to customers. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, tech teams, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize feature development. Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with technical capabilities and feasibility. Data Architecture Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of data architecture and software integration to guide the development of scalable and efficient solutions. Identify opportunities for data optimization, streamline data flows, and ensure data quality and integrity across the platform. Agile Product Management: Implement best practices in agile product management methodologies, including product discovery, roadmapping, backlog management, and sprint planning. Foster a culture of iterative development, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance product offerings. Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and leverage data analytics to make informed product decisions. Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Global Collaboration: Work across multiple time zones and effectively collaborate with teams located in different geographies. Foster strong communication channels and ensure alignment among teams to drive cohesive product development and delivery.

Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required. An advanced degree, such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced technical degree preferred. Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully leading the convergence of technology products. Previous experience in a similar role with a SaaS company is highly desirable. Technical Background: Strong understanding of data architecture and software integration, with the ability to bridge the gap between product and engineering teams. Proficiency in software development technologies and frameworks is a plus. Product Management Skills: Demonstrated expertise in product discovery, product strategy, road mapping, and agile product development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. Sustainability Focus/Domain Knowledge: Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in driving positive environmental impact through technology solutions. Experience working with sustainability-focused products or platforms. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious goals. Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, with a proven ability to drive innovation and scale products.
