What does the role involve?

Working as part of our Group Marketing team, you\'ll be working closely with the Group PR Manager, generating content for social media platforms and managing the social media strategy across our Group accounts. You will get involved in generating content for social media campaigns and creating forward feature plans to increase customer engagement and lead generation.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, in line with industry and digital trends to improve awareness and promote engagement across Group
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to increase social media reach, proactively identifying and tracking news angles on a daily basis relevant to the Group
  • Monitor and identify news angles and key events to feed into the content and social media strategies
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improvement to content generation, tracking the monthly performance of social channels
What are we looking for?

You\'ve got a good foundational understanding of social media marketing and are keen to take your career to the next step. You\'re proficient in using social media management tools and possess a strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles. You\'re looking for a role that will give you the opportunity to innovate and implement your own ideas whilst at the same time collaborating on campaigns with the wider marketing team. Most of all, you\'re a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to generate innovative ideas and compelling content to drive engagement and growth!

Also, we\'re looking for the following:
  • Previous experience from an agency or corporate background in a social media/PR role
  • Great organisation skills with the desire to learn as well as take ownership and initiative over tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong, confident communicator with a proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders across all levels
  • Previous experience using design platforms to create social media graphics
  • Understanding of social media metrics to track and report on content performance
