We're looking for an exceptional Quality Director to strategically lead our quality assurance, compliance and to help drive continuous improvement across our services. This is a full time nationwide position that requires travel. It is a fantastic opportunity for a senior H&SC nurse or professional quality lead who is ready to build on our strong quality foundations to make their own impact. Ideally you will have:

Considerable health & social care senior leadership experience Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality frameworks Strategic mindset and values-led leadership Energetic and accountable leadership style Strong stakeholder management skills

About the role




This pivotal role covers leadership in ISO9001, the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT), and the ethical handling of patient data in your capacity as Caldicott Guardian. You will also play a lead and often coordinating role in stakeholder engagement, insurance risk insights, oversight of complaints and whistleblowing investigations, research partnerships, and survey-led quality evaluation.

Quality, Governance & Compliance (High Risk & Impact) Regulatory, Legal & Clinical Governance Stakeholder Management & External Engagement Quality Development & Organisational Projects Reporting, Oversight & Succession Caldicott Guardian Responsibilities
