Job Purpose
The Group Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial results across the Kyowa Kirin International (KKI) group. This role ensures the timely and accurate delivery of internal and external reporting in compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.
This role will also play a pivotal part in audit coordination, statutory reporting, and the implementation of new reporting tools and standards.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of the Group consolidation file, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
Manage and develop a team of Finance Assistants and a graduate accountant, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
Oversee the coordination and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting submissions from affiliate controllers, ensuring alignment with Group expectations and deadlines.
Present consolidated financial results to senior leadership and the Parent Company, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support the external audit process, including planning, coordination, and resolution of audit queries.
Ensure the robustness of the Group's financial control environment, including documentation and compliance with internal policies.
Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, working papers, and note disclosures.
Support Group Treasury Management activities, including cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
Approve HQ payment runs and banking releases in line with delegated authority.
Qualifications

Position Requirements and key competencies
Chartered accountant with established experience post qualification
Team Management skills (essential)
Experience using Finance software package, Microsoft Dynamics knowledge desirable
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
