We are seeking a Group Reporting Specialist to join our high-performing finance team. This role is based in our Paddington, London office and is part of a global team split between the UK and India.
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting, supporting executive-level presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly Group reporting packs under IFRS, including variance analysis.
Support the preparation of financial presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Audit & Risk Committee.
Assist with year-end Group consolidated accounts and liaise with external auditors.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and central journal postings.
Reconcile Management Accounts to IFRS accounts to ensure reporting accuracy.
Support quarterly working capital reviews.
Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre and regional finance teams.
Maintain accuracy in accounting systems (NetSuite/Controller).
Prepare key working papers and document key judgments and issues.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as Tax and Investor Relations.
Required Skills and Experience
Recently qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA), with audit experience.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience in software, financial services, revenue accounting, or lease accounting is preferred.
