The Role
We're looking for an experienced Group Sales Manager to drive growth and manage client relationships across London and the South East. This is a client-facing role focused on developing new opportunities, promoting Liberty Guard's product range, and enhancing long-term customer partnerships.
You'll be based in the South, with regular travel to customer sites and the flexibility to work remotely when needed. You'll play a vital role in expanding our presence across the region and helping us maintain our reputation as a market leader in welfare and modular accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively seek out and convert new sales opportunities in the welfare, container, and site accommodation sectors.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients across construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets.
Develop long-term relationships with key customers, offering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Promote Liberty Guard's range of welfare units, modular accommodation, and site services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Represent the business at client meetings, trade events, and industry functions.
Manage your own territory, workload, and performance targets with autonomy and accountability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and aftercare.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
Strong knowledge of the welfare accommodation or modular container industry.
Track record of winning new business and growing client accounts.
Comfortable with field-based, face-to-face sales activity.
Key Skills
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Organised and efficient - able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
Desirable
Experience working with construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering clients.
Familiarity with hire services or logistics would be beneficial.
Previous regional or territory sales experience is a strong plus.
