Are you an experienced Stock Manager with experience of supporting Warehouse Operations? Do you have experience of working with SAP and DLX/Blue Yonder or similar warehouse management systems? If so, we're looking for a Group Stock and Operations Support Manager to join our Supply Chain team, based at our NDC in Rugby (CV23 0WB).
c. 50,000 + Bonus + Pension + BUPA + Life Cover
As UK Group Stock and Operations Support Manager, you'll be responsible for operational excellence within core work streams across the UK network. You'll ensure stock count keying accuracy and will manage stock variance, also ensuring that all financial reconciliations are conducted in a timely and accurate manner. You'll contribute significantly to the effectiveness of the site, supporting a best-in-class operation, the National Warehouse Operations Manager and Demand to Delivery team in our Birchwood HQ.
With extensive experience of stock management (stock taking, perpetual inventory and consignment stock) and demonstrable operational management exposure, you'll also have experience of SAP and WMS systems e.g. DLX/Blue Yonder. You'll also have strong analytical skills, a financial understanding of P&L management and logistics impact, change and project management. 3PL management is desirable.
The position will be site based in Rugby with travel to other sites including our Head Office in Warrington as required.
